A Note from Our CEO

John Bodt
CEO, Solect Energy
"

I'm glad to share a few updates following our March 19 Town Hall. It's been great settling into our new space at 87 Hayden Rowe; already we've hosted customers, partners, utilities, and community groups, and it's clear how valuable this central hub has become. Just as importantly, it's strengthening how we collaborate day to day. Thank you to everyone who's helped make it such a welcoming and productive place to work.

After a cold and snowy start to the year, spring is a welcome shift. Project sites are opening up, the CSG team is ramping execution, and activity is picking up across the board. Marketing is driving our ITC sunset campaign, and sales and contracting teams are busy keeping pace with strong demand.

As discussed at the Town Hall, our 2026 Energy Scorecard will guide how we measure performance this year and will directly inform our bonus outcomes. We're also advancing several major initiatives to support these goals. These investments in technology and process improvements are key to driving efficiency, and success will depend on how quickly we implement and adopt them.

I hope you enjoy this edition of the newsletter and the team updates that highlight what makes Solect special every day. Thank you, as always, for your focus, commitment, and contributions.

— John Bodt, CEO
